Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement: By hiring HGA Landscape Services LLC], you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions for landscaping services provided by HGA Landscape Services LLC.
2. Services Provided: We offer landscape design, installation, maintenance, and related services as outlined in your estimate or service agreement. All work will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards.
3. Scheduling: Services will be scheduled based on weather, workload, and season. We will communicate changes or delays as needed. It is the Client’s responsibility to provide access to the property during scheduled service times.
4. Payment Terms: Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in writing.
5. Estimates & Changes: All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of inspection. Any changes in scope, materials, or unforeseen conditions may result in a price adjustment. We will communicate any changes in advance.
6. Property Damage: We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other unmarked property features. Please notify us of any special considerations or hidden systems before work begins.
7. Cancellations:  Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
8. Warranty: Does not cover damage due to weather, animals, neglect, or third-party interference.
9. Liability: HGA Landscaping Services LLC  is fully insured. However, we are not liable for injury or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather events, client misuse, or third-party interference.
10. Refund policy: No refunds, Exchange only
